Wayback Wednesday- “Work for Love”

wayback_wednesday_finalThis is the first of many Wayback Wednesday’s to come. What is Wayback Wednesday You might ask? Every wednesday I will post an obscure, fun, and memorable song from Wayback to get us pumped for the rest of the week. Feel free if you remember the song, to comment on what memory or place it brings you wayback to..

This week’s Wayback Wednesday pick is from 1983:

Memory: This song always reminds me of being at “The Dragon” dance club, just outside of Camp Casey in Tongduchon, Korea wayback in 1993 when I was in the army. They played a great mix of alternative music and it just reminds me of good times and great friends!

This song reminds me of a club my friends and I used to go to way back in the day, called the Palamino Club. They had 3 different dance floors, one played pop, the other one alternative and the last one they played funky soul music. We used to go from one to the other dancing all night. What fun!!!

  2. I had not heard of that song before, but I like it. This sounds like a fun weekly meme! 🙂 Looking forward to next week’s.
